Some notes - They are spandex dresses with HTV designs on top. White Elastic trim, laser cut details and clear vinyl bows bias bound with matching spandex. LED and EL Wire Hems light up our fluffy petticoats! Ears were laser cut acrylic and lit with LED strips on top of modified headphones with laser cut ‘mics’.
